Legal Secretary / Paralegal / Legal Assistant – Full Time

Boutique Wills and Estates firm in Sydney CBD is looking for a legal assistant or secretary with at least 5 years experience.

L Rundle & Co is a leading Wills and Estates law firm and is seeking a highly motivated and skilled assistant to join our friendly team.

The position is available for immediate start and is a full time position.

The successful applicant will provide assistance to the Principal and solicitors.

The successful applicant will have:

Experience in preparing applications for probate and letters of administration and estate administration;

At least 5 years’ experience as a legal secretary or assistant;

Excellent organisational and time management skills;

Strong attention to detail;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Experience in Microsoft Office and LEAP legal software;

Experience with transcription of digital dictation;

Experience with UCPR forms, the Supreme Court Online Registry and Pexa procedures; and

A willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

This is an office based role and the hours are from 8.30am to 5.30pm.

This role is NOT suitable for a law student or qualified solicitor.
