Your duties would include but would not be limited to:

Assisting walk-in customers and trade account holders with product advice and sales

Processing orders in-store, over the phone, and via email

Preparing and packing orders for dispatch or pick-up

Receiving and unpacking stock deliveries

Organising and maintaining the store and warehouse area

Inventory management and stock control, including stocktakes

Coordinating with suppliers to source and quote non-stock items

Maintaining product knowledge and staying up to date with new items

Operating the POS and ERP systems with accuracy

General housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe workspace

Skills required for the job would include:

Previous experience in internal sales / electrical wholesale (preferred)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Good product knowledge of electrical components or a willingness to learn

Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing

Reliable and punctual work ethic

Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory or sales systems

Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)

Physical ability to lift and move stock safely

Drivers licence
