Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a knack for multitasking? Aquatune Trade, a leading supplier in the pool industry, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse & Customer Service All-Rounder to join our dynamic team in Kilkenny.

About the Role

In this multifaceted position, you'll be the linchpin connecting our warehouse operations, customer service, sales, and administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include:

Warehouse Operations: Efficiently handle receiving, dispatching, and inventory management.

Customer Service & Sales: Provide exceptional service to our clients, both in-person and over the phone, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Administrative Tasks: Manage invoicing, utilize POS and Warehouse management systems, and maintain accurate records.

Procurement: Assist in sourcing and purchasing goods to maintain optimal stock levels.

Team Collaboration: Work both independently and collaboratively to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lift and move heavy items safely and efficiently.

Operate inventory management and POS software systems.

Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain workflow.

Communicate effectively with team members and customers.

Uphold safety standards, especially when handling dangerous goods.

Being able to manage competing priorities.

Be flexible to work occasional extra hours during peak periods.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

Demonstrates initiative and can work autonomously and part of team.

Possesses strong communication skills.

Has experience in warehouse operations, customer service, sales or demonstrates a williness to learn

Has experiernce invoicing and working with inventory management software.

Pays close attention to detail and can prioritize tasks effectively.

Desirable Qualifications/Skills:

Experience in dispatch and receiving.

Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and inventory management software.

Background in the pool industry or complex inventory systems an advantage.

Account management experience.

Valid driver's license with ability to drive manual for local deliveries.

Knowledge of handling dangerous goods and safety protocols.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $50,000–$70,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation - depending on experience
