Your Role:
We’re looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the voice of our business. As a CSR, you'll be helping clients with inquiries, scheduling jobs, and providing fantastic customer experience. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and collaborative environment, where your customer service skills truly shine.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls, enquiries and emails, providing exceptional customer service.
Schedule appointments for trades services, coordinating with customers and technicians, and tracking job progress.
Maintain accurate customer records, job details, and service histories.
Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Perform bookkeeping tasks: such as data entry, invoicing and payment processing.
Generate reports on service activities and customer feedback to improve operations.
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a trades or service industry.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Proficiency in using customer management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
Experience with scheduling and coordinating appointments is a plus.
3+ years of experience with accounting/ bookkeeping
