Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing and Sales Executive who is confident in face-to-face sales (including cold visits and client meetings) and highly skilled in digital marketing. This role bridges traditional relationship-based selling with modern online marketing strategies to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Engagement (50%)

Visit prospective and existing clients (cold and warm visits) to build relationships, understand needs, and present company offerings.

Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the business.

Maintain a client contact database and report on sales activity and pipeline.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service delivery.

Marketing & Digital Strategy (50%)

Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms.

Create and manage content for social media, email campaigns, and blogs to increase engagement and drive traffic.

Develop and maintain the company website (WordPress or similar), ensuring it is up to date, SEO-optimised, and user-friendly.

Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics (ROI, engagement, conversions, etc.).

Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to recommend innovative strategies.

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, including cold calling/visits.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills – confident engaging with clients face to face.

3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including:

Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram)

Google Ads and Google Analytics

Website development (preferably WordPress or similar CMS)

SEO and SEM strategies

Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)

Ability to write compelling marketing copy and design basic graphics (Canva or similar).

Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.

Driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally for client visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or similar field (desirable but not essential).

Experience working in industries such as transport, logistics, hire, construction, or trade services is a bonus.

Wingfield – Hybrid role with field visits and some office-based or remote marketing tasks.
