About the Role:
We’re currently seeking an experienced Client & Project Coordinator to join our client’s team. Reporting to the Operations Manager and Company Directors, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the full project journey—from approvals to handover. This role is a hybrid of client liaison and project coordination, suited to someone who is organised, solutions-focused, and confident in managing multiple moving parts. You’ll act as the key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth project delivery every step of the way.
What we need from you:
- 3+ years of experience in a project coordination or office manager role within construction, trades, or permitting
- Ability to manage a shared inbox, assign tasks, and follow up across multiple active projects
- Comfortable handling scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and document tracking
- Experience liaising with councils and handling approval documents is highly valued
- Familiarity with project software such as Asana, TimeTree, Dropbox or similar (preferred but not essential)
- Clear communication style—both verbal and written
- Ability to identify and flag delays or issues before they become problems
