An opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced Technical Services Administrator to join our Technical Services team at South Guildford, supporting local and site-based employees.
There is the option for the role of being either part-time or full-time, to suit the needs of the candidate.
The Role
As the Technical Services Administrator you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Swick electrical team. This role involves a variety of organisational and communication tasks, supporting both Perth-based and onsite operations to ensure smooth and effective administrative processes, including but not limited to:
- Maintain an organised and up-to-date filing system.
- Assist in developing parts manuals and job files for both Perth and site operations.
- Assist with developing and implementing Work Instructions, SOPs, and related documents.
- Assist with paperwork for new builds, including manuals, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Support the development of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and update supply chain information as they develop and change.
- Process and track parts requests for both site and Perth-based operations.
- Assist in the release of technical alerts and bulletins.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Manage Asset Transfer Forms (ATFs).
- Take meeting minutes.
The Candidate
As the successful candidate you will be required to meet the following criteria:
- At least 2 years previous experience in a similar role
- A highly proactive approach, with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously and with limited Supervision
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Establish and sustain effective professional relationships across various departments
