We’re looking for a Customer Support & Training Consultant who knows what life on site is like — and can help our customers get the most out of our software with friendly support and hands-on training.

About the Role:

At PeopleTray, we provide software that helps mining and contracting teams manage their people, rosters, training, and safety. We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Helpdesk Consultant to support our customers — someone who knows what it’s like to work on site, understands the challenges, and knows how to talk to people at every level.

What You’ll Do:

You will use our software, you will learn every aspect of the application.

Support customers using the PeopleTray platform — via phone, email, and online.

Promote our product, its features and modules and training

Help solve problems quickly and clearly — especially for users working in FIFO or remote environments.

Jump on the phone — you’re confident, personable, and prefer to talk it out.

Deliver training sessions online — and help users get the most out of the system.

Update help guides and contribute to training resources.

Raise issues internally and speak up when something needs fixing — you’re not here to sit quietly.

Must-Haves:

You will love software and like to learn and tinker with applications.

You have 5 years experience FIFO or mining site administration experience (e.g. site administration, travel, safety, or training).

You have at least 3 years supporting customers to optimise their use of software

You can demonstrate you are great at learning new systems.

You have at least 3 years experience in classroom based training for the use of software

You have Excellent communication skills — clear, personable, and calm under pressure.

You have the ability to work independently from home but collaborate well with a remote team.
