About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Officer – Stakeholder Engagement to support the organisation’s engagement and communication strategies across industry, community and government stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects through stakeholder insights and digital engagement platforms.

Key accountabilities include

• Maintain and improve stakeholder relationship tracking using Salesforce CRM.
• Support communications with stakeholders via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues using Salesforce.
• Monitor, learn, and implement new Salesforce updates and tools.
• Assist in developing and reporting on stakeholder performance metrics and insights.
• Contribute to strategic planning and coordination of stakeholder engagement activities.

About You

• Proven experience using systems (like Salesforce) to record stakeholder interactions.
• Experience using digital communication tools to engage various stakeholder groups.
• Solid understanding of stakeholder engagement principles and best practices.
