Senior Key Account Manager – Neuroscience - VIC/NSW
We’re working with a fast-growing biopharmaceutical company currently seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to join their Neuroscience team. This role covers Victoria & New South Wales, a critical growth territory representing the majority of the business, with a focus on a recently launched product.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a strategic, commercially focused role in the specialty space, within a lean and agile team where your impact will be visible - and valued.
About the Role
As Senior KAM, you’ll be responsible for:
Driving territory performance and delivering against sales objectives
Leading hospital formulary submissions and account strategy
Identifying and overcoming local prescribing barriers
Collaborating cross-functionally with medical, marketing, and market access
Building strong relationships with KOLs, HCPs and the broader healthcare ecosystem
Shaping diagnosis and retention strategies for a flagship product

Who We’re Looking For
We’re open to candidates from neuroscience, psychiatry, or other specialty care backgrounds, and particularly interested in those with:
A strong track record of sales performance and account growth
Experience in epilepsy or neurology (preferred but not essential)
A strategic, business-minded approach to territory and stakeholder management
High clinical competence and confidence discussing technical data
A collaborative mindset and willingness to get stuck in across the business
Candidates who thrive in smaller teams, where everyone rolls up their sleeves and drives toward a shared goal, will fit right in.
