This represents an opportunity with a leading accounting firm based in Kew. This firm is led by a team of very friendly and down to earth Directors. This firm is based in a very convenient location close to public transport. The firm has a high quality client base and work on complex tax matters.

POSITION

The position of Senior Manager has been created due to growth and future succession planning.

The successful candidate will:

• Manage up to $1.5m in fees
• Assist the Partners with the day to day operations of the team and the firm
• Client Relationship Management
• High level tax compliance + advisory
• Work with complex client groups (up to 100+ entities in the group)

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA
• 10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
• Experience managing $1-1.5m in fees
• Outstanding leadership skills
• Experience with large + complex clients with multiple entities within the group
• Strong technical tax knowledge
• A genuine interest in progressing to partnership
• Stable employment history with reputable accounting firms
• Exceptional communication and presentation (non negotiable)
