With strong momentum and a reputation built on credibility with retailers and brands alike, they are seeking a newly designed Strategy Manager - Brand to join the team in a strategic, relationship-focused role.
Working cross functionally and reporting into the Managing Director, this opportunity will see you lead key brand partnerships across a portfolio of SME businesses generating strong retail revenue. You will act as the primary advisor and contact for each brand, driving commercial performance through a deep understanding of retail operations, category dynamics, and the nuances of building high-performing products in the supermarket environment. Internally, you will work closely with the Retail Sales Growth team to ensure initiatives are aligned with brand objectives and executed with excellence.

To be successful, you’ll bring four or more years of experience in account management or category management within grocery or FMCG. A strong commercial mindset, the ability to manage competing priorities, and the confidence to influence both internal and external stakeholders are essential. You’ll join a supportive team known for its energy, expertise, and commitment to helping brands thrive.
