ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a dual role focused on estimating and contract administration for render, microcement, and specialty finishes. This role requires a balance of technical knowledge, project coordination, and excellent communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and provide accurate quotes for render, microcement, and other specialised finishes

Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards

Review and sign contracts in alignment with project requirements and scope

Manage and maintain OHS, site, and staff documentation

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Liaise with project managers regarding warranties, product care, and project updates

Regularly update quotes, project mark-ups, and documentation

Communicate with the finance team for project billings, including advising on updated contracts, quotes, and variations

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

2–5 years' experience in a similar role within the rendering or construction industry

Proficiency with estimating software (Cost X preferred)

Strong English language and written communication skills

Valid driver’s licence – required for site and client visits

Forklift licence desirable but not essential

Must currently reside in Australia
