As a trusted partner to senior leaders, you’ll drive performance and alignment through people initiatives and strategic HR delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships across the business to enable positive employee outcomes
• Support organisational change and design initiatives
• Deliver talent strategies including succession planning, coaching, and engagement programs
• Guide annual P&C activities: performance, remuneration, and engagement reviews
• Provide expert ER advice and support to people leaders
• Contribute to the development and execution of a People Plan for your client group
• Lead or contribute to ad hoc people-related projects

About You:

• Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline
• Broad HR expertise across talent, change, performance, engagement, remuneration, and ER
• Proven success influencing senior stakeholders and leading change
• Strong consulting and coaching capabilities
