What you'll need to succeed

You will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills who is highly organised, self-motivated, and driven to make improvements. You will have the ability to influence and coach others, manage complex situations calmly, be flexible and possess the following qualifications and skills.

• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in industrial and employee relations.
• Experience in the use of coaching and consulting skills to deliver proactive and pragmatic solutions.
• Ability to communicate and influence a wide range of stakeholders in relation to both strategic and operational matters.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information, influence stakeholders, and build positive relationships at all levels.

Further essential requirements are a current Police and Working with Children's Check.
