We are currently seeking a talented, experienced, and passionate Head Chef for our East Brisbane based restaurant group.

La Bodega is a fast paced, modern 50 seater Mexican street food restaurant, serving tacos, share plates and Mexican classics. We dont claim authenticity, but are all about tasty, well made and beautiful food!

We are proud of the work life balance our chefs enjoy - rarely does anyone work more than 45 hours a week, and full time employees are paid over time rates weekly for every minute over, no exceptions!

As our Head Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food, presentation and consistency. With expansion on the horizon, we are actively seeking a chef who understands the importance of organisation and systemisation. Experience in financial management of a kitchen will be highly regarded, however attitude, work ethic and cleanliness are the core attributes we look for.

As the Head Chef you are a key member of the leadership team of our restaurants, so we are keenly looking for someone who fits, understands and champions our professional team culture.
