Mosconi is enthusiastically searching for an Experienced Sous Chef to join its talented team.

Mosconi is a small 80 seater restaurant, just off James Street in Fortitude Valley. With a fast paced kitchen we are looking for a Sous that has experience in:

Fresh pasta

Grill

Day to day operations.

What we are looking for-

2+ years Experience as a Sous Chef

The ability to direct and work as part of a kitchen team

Good communication and organisational skills

Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards

Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure

Able to work nights and weekends

We are looking for someone who is -

Passionate about food and produce

Self motivated and professional

Well presented and punctual

Not suitable for travellers looking for sponsorship.
