About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to take the reins of a well-established kitchen. You'll lead a small, capable team and be responsible for day-to-day kitchen operations including service, food safety, rostering, ordering, menu planning, and cost control. You'll bring consistency, energy, and a hands-on leadership style to deliver crowd-pleasing meals in a fast-paced pub environment.

Your Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy pub, tavern, or club

Confident leading a small team and maintaining a positive kitchen culture

Skilled in stock control, food safety compliance, rostering, and cost management

Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive during peak service periods

Passionate about great food and delivering consistent quality
