THE ROLE

The ESD Assessor is responsible for providing high quality ESD assessments, project management and energy-related advice for our client. The ESD Assessor must also ensure the project timelines are met and that work is carried out efficiently and within budget allocation for themselves and their team. Projects will be predominately commercial focused with a range of jobs and clients.

You should be a self-motivated individual who enjoys a high tempo of work in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and passionate about delivering high-quality sustainable outcomes to our clients.

Mandatory Requirements:
• Accreditation as a NatHERS assessor
• Experience in delivering commercial J1V3 energy assessments
• Experience in delivering NCC DtS energy efficiency
• 2-3 years minimum experience in a similar role
• Accreditation as a Green Star assessor (Considered Advantageous)
• Accreditation as a NABERS assessor (Considered advantageous)
