We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with blue collar recruitment experience in the mining & civil infrastructure sector to join the team in Kewdale. The successful person will start with a warm and productive desk, built on an extensive database and a solid client group. You will be expected to continue the growth on that desk, through developing the relationship with our current clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to recruitment requests within the set quality requirements and time frames.
• Source and build suitable talent pools for vacancies, using various methods.
• Continuous account management with existing clients.
• Proactive business development seeking out new opportunities for growth.
• Maintain an elevated level of professionalism in all interactions with candidates and clients.
• Drive elevated level of safety standards.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Experience recruiting in the blue collar civil & mining sector
• Experience with Job Adder or a similar recruitment platform.
• The ability to build excellent relationships quickly & be highly responsive in fast moving circumstances.
• Organised and pro-active approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with business development and client relationship building.
• A valid Australian drivers’ license.
