Our client is a well-regarded and established residential builder with a solid pipeline of projects, and due to company growth, is looking to expand their team by adding a Prestart Consultant. The Opportunity:
As a Prestart Consultant, you will assume a varied role by offering expert guidance and support throughout the Prestart process. Your main duty will involve ensuring seamless and efficient selection operations, facilitating the successful delivery of projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate and finalise Prestart selection meetings
• Liaise with clients, internal departments, and external suppliers
• Overseeing contractual documents and preparing addenda's
• No construction client liaison

About You:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an outstanding client-centric approach and aims to advance their career with a company they take pride in representing in the market.

• 1+ years of experience working as a Prestart consultant for a Residential builder - Required
• Exceptionally high attention to detail and Customer-centric focus
• Strong organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail
• A positive attitude and collaborative approach to your work
