ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Supply Chain Compliance Analyst to join the Custom Fleet team and play a critical role in supporting the identification, assessment, and management of third party risks within the supply chain of our services and products.

Essential duties:

· Conduct third-party risk assessments for new and existing suppliers, evaluating risk across areas such as financial stability, ethical practices, sustainability, and fourth-party relationships.

· Maintain and manage ongoing supplier compliance activities, including certifications, audits, due diligence, and adherence to internal policies, codes of conduct, contractual terms, and regulatory requirements.

· Monitor supplier performance through established operating cadence, reporting, and audit mechanisms.

· Monitor contract currency and renewal processes with suppliers

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, Legal, Environmental and Social Governance (ESG), Procurement, Information Security) to assess and mitigate supplier-related risks.

Other duties:

· Support supply chain mapping initiatives to identify critical parties and potential vulnerabilities that may disrupt service delivery.

· Support the collation and delivery of organisational Third Party Risk Management (TRPM) data for key business and client reporting as required.

Education & Experience

Essential:

· 1–3 years of experience in a compliance, procurement, supply chain, or risk management role.

Other:

· Experience conducting risk assessments or audits of suppliers or third parties is highly desirable.

ABOUT YOU

It is essential the successful candidate has the following:

· Understanding of third-party risk management practices, especially within procurement or supply chain settings.

· Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as modern slavery laws, anti-bribery regulations, data privacy and ESG standards.

· Knowledge of supplier due diligence, audit processes, and risk mitigation strategies.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across departments in a collaborative manner.

Other knowledge will include:

· Proficiency with compliance tools, risk management software, and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) systems.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.

· Integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

· Interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to collaborate and negotiate with all levels of stakeholders.
