About the Role

Due to growth within the team, this organisation is seeking the support of a Broker Support Coordinator who can provide administration support to 3 busy Finance Specialists

Duties and responsibilities include:

Provide support on client credit analysis

Complete bank servicing calculators to determine lending capacity

Assist with the creation of strategies and client proposals

Engagement with clients from initial meeting through to settlement

Attend client meetings with Finance Specialists to understand clients needs

Liaise with external stakeholders

Take ownership of the valuation process

Assist Finance Specialists with any other administration needs

About You

This role is best suited to someone with strong administration skills, who has had previous experience in a Mortgage Broker or Banking environment. This role can be full time or part time (school hours or 4 days per week).
