The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and purchasing functions. You’ll manage stock flow, freight, and a small team while ensuring timely delivery of quality products. This role includes domestic and international purchasing, supplier negotiation, and inventory control to support our diverse product range.

What You’ll Do

Lead and motivate a small team, maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment

Oversee warehouse cleanliness and ensure adherence to safety standards Support the sales team with inventory, logistics, and timely product availability Provide excellent customer support, assisting with order queries and delivery updates Coordinate domestic and international purchasing and supplier relationships Optimise freight costs and delivery schedules

Maintain accurate inventory and documentation; Oracle NetSuite experience a plus (training provided)

Support invoicing, purchasing approvals, and customer quote administration Drive continuous improvement aligned with CCI’s quality and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ warehouse or logistics experience, including purchasing (domestic & international) Strong organisational, negotiation, and communication skills

Computer literate with experience in inventory systems

Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Google Workspace

Oracle NetSuite knowledge a plus (training provided)

Forklift licence essential

Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to quality and teamwork
