Business Manager – Volkswagen Dealership

Mawson Lakes Volkswagen currently looking for a Business Manager to join our Award-winning Volkswagen dealership located in Mawson Lakes. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic person who doesn't necessarily need Automotive Business management experience. Sales experience is essential and any kind of experience in finance or insurance will be an advantage. We want a customer service champion, who works well in a team environment, who is ambitious and has an understanding of finance.

As a Business Manager at Volkswagen, you will be responsible for delivering tailored finance and insurance solutions to prospective customers, ensuring a premium experience that reflects the Volkswagen brand. You will work closely with the sales team to drive customer satisfaction, foster loyalty, and support the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional Finance and Insurance advice to all potential customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiating deals that meet their needs while supporting business goals.

Close collaboration with the Sales Team to support F&I offerings with customer requirements.

Promote and clearly communicate current Volkswagens Financial Services campaigns and offers.

Ensure accurate preparation, submission, and processing of all finance and insurance documentation through to settlement.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and support continuous improvement.

Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports for senior management.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Business Manager in an automotive dealership.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High level of integrity and reliability, with a commitment to upholding company policies and procedures.

Strong decision-making capabilities.

A current and valid driver’s licence is essential.
