Marketing & Promotions Coordinator

We are seeking a driven and capable Marketing & Promotions Coordinator to lead and manage our influencer engagement, content development, and promotional initiatives. This role is integral to the execution of our broader brand strategy and the delivery of impactful, consistent, and measurable marketing outcomes.
Operating in a high-potential market segment, we require a professional who is confident managing external creative partners, understands the strategy behind short-form content, and can bring structure, accountability, and performance-driven thinking to our promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee influencer marketing programs from end to end — including sourcing, briefing, performance tracking, and reporting
Create clear, strategic content briefs to ensure high-quality and on-brand deliverables from influencers and content creators
Manage and execute promotional campaigns and branded events in alignment with marketing and commercial objectives
Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign outcomes against defined KPIs and ROI metrics
Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all external communications
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals
Stay informed of content trends, platform developments, and competitor activity to guide tactical decisions
About You:
Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, with a focus on influencer engagement, content strategy, or digital promotions
Demonstrated ability to manage external creators and deliver structured, effective campaigns
Strong understanding of short-form content platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and their strategic use
Understanding of the marketing trends in the food industry.
Excellent communication, project coordination, and organisational skills
Confident in reviewing and assessing content quality against brand standards and performance metrics
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision
Proficiency with content creation tools e.g. Canva and Video Editing software.
