Leading Hand/ Manufacturing

TQ Packaging, a member of the Sinclair & Rush Group, a leading plastic packaging manufacturer with operations in Australia, U.S.A, United Kingdom and China is seeking to recruit a Leading Hand for one of our Australian Manufacturing Operations located in Campbellfield.

The successful applicant will be responsible for monitoring & maintaining the efficient running of our thermoforming machines, including die setting, material changes and assisting our factory manager and operators as required.

Must have a forklift licence and ideally some familiarity with computer based production scheduling, along with warehousing & despatch procedures.

Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.

Computer literate with data entry, inventory software and systems. Knowledge of ORACLE would be an advantage.

The role is very busy, packed with variety and we offer a competitive salary for the right person.
