We are a premium Australian manufacturer of architectural bathroom fittings and tapware, proudly based in Kerang, Victoria. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join our team in a Manufacturing Special Finishing Team Leader role.

About the Role:
In this hands-on leadership position, you will be responsible for planning production batches based on customer orders to ensure all products are completed and shipped within the promised lead times. You'll lead a team of 3–4 skilled staff, working closely with the Operations Manager to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate daily and weekly production batches

Ensure products meet quality standards and customer deadlines

Supervise and support a small team on the shop floor

Troubleshoot delays or process issues and adjust schedules accordingly

Communicate regularly with the operations and sales teams

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Previous leadership or team management experience is highly regarded

Strong organisational and planning skills

A proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail

Commitment to quality and meeting deadlines
