We’re looking for a driven, technically strong Tax Lawyer (4+ years PAE) ready to fast-track their career and work side by side with Greg Vale, one of only five accredited specialists in Business and Personal Tax in NSW. Key Responsibilities

Advise on a broad range of tax matters including income tax, CGT, GST, duties and superannuation

Draft commercial agreements and trust documents with a strategic tax lens

Manage ATO and Revenue NSW private ruling applications, audits, objections and disputes

Work across business structuring, asset protection and succession planning

Collaborate with clients, their accountants and financial advisers

Own client relationships and contribute to advice delivery from start to finish

What You Bring

4+ years’ post-admission experience in tax law (experience in commercial/property work a bonus)

Strong technical and drafting skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly

Confidence working directly with clients and professional advisers

Commercially astute, solution-focused and comfortable managing competing priorities
