The Role

Our client is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic employment lawyer (around the 1 to 4 years pae) to advise local and international employer clients on such matters that include unfair dismissals, redundancies, industrial relations, discrimination and equal opportunity, work health and safety, crisis management, incident response, board and executive matters and workplace training.

You will work closely with the partner and be mentored and developed.

This role offers exposure to a prestigious client base in Australia providing an opportunity to work on some of the largest, most strategic and most complex employment law matters.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 1 to 4+ years' PAE and experience in a well-regarded firm, government or in-house environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A pragmatic, proactive and solutions-focused outlook.
• A desire to work on challenging and fulfilling matters and build strong relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for employment law
