Crystal Migration Legal Services is seeking a Immigration Consultant to join our professional team in Sydney, Australia. We are offering a full-time opportunity to the right candidate.

The right candidate must be able to demonstrate previous experience in Immigration Law Firm, specialising in corporate migration as well as skilled and business visas.

The right candidate must be able to work independently, autonomously and under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The right candidate must have customer service experience, empathy, be a team-player, communicative, multitasking and can work autonomously. The Visa and Immigration Consultant is responsible for helping individuals who are internationally relocating and conducting their matters together with the Immigration Lawyers.

Tasks:

Provide support to the Immigration Lawyers and Management;

Prepare and assist in the application of visas, appeals, skills assessments and other immigration matters;

Provide assistance to clients via email and telephone;

Check and collate client’s documentation;

Research and prepare timely and accurate advice regarding visa options under supervision;

Maintain client’s data and compliance of clients’ records;

Ownership and accountability of client matters

Skills and Experience required:

Attention to detail;

Clear and concise communication;

Fluent English;

Portuguese Language is a plus;

Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised;

Enjoyment from working in a small business environment with a flexible approach;

Organisational and time management skills;

Team player;

Adaptability;

Critical thinking skills;

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive;

Knowledge of Migration Manager Software;

2 years of industry experience (Corporate Immigration);

Decision making skills.

Work Arrangements/Details:

Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm

Permanent & full-time position

Location: Sydney 2000

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year plus uncapped commission

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

Commission

Incentive of 4 day-week on 5 day pay
