About the Role

In this role, you will work on a variety of engaging matters, including:

Preparation of Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Appointments of Enduring Guardian

Administration of Estates, including obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration

Conducting contested Wills and Estates litigation, including Family Provision Claims, Rectification of Wills, and Probate litigation

Advising clients on estate planning strategies

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:
✔️ 2–5 years post-admission experience in Wills & Estates law
✔️ Initiative and the ability to work independently with strong organisational skills
✔️ A confident and empathetic communication style to build lasting client relationships
✔️ Pride in their work, with meticulous attention to detail
✔️ A willingness to continue learning and developing their career within a supportive, collegiate team environment
