$44.58 to $47.97 p/hr (SCHADS Level 4B) + Leave loading + Super + Salary packaging

About this role
The Endpoint Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of IT assets, including the configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of laptops, mobile devices (primarily iOS), and desktop operating environments (primarily Windows 11).
You will provide comprehensive Level 1 and 2 technical supports, encompassing the diagnosis and resolution of a diverse range of IT issues. This role will work closely with other members of the Business Systems Transformation (BST) team and external service providers to deliver seamless IT services and contribute to the broader strategic goals of the organisation.
You will also need:
- Qualification in Computer Science or any Information-Technology related field from an accredited institution
- Proven experience in hardware and application administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Tools, Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Intune, Remote Support Tools and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Working rights in Australia
- Satisfactory Police Records Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Satisfactory Queensland Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check (LCS2)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion Certificate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (preferred)
