Vergola Pty Ltd is the original manufacturer and supplier of motorised louvre roof systems, proudly delivering cutting-edge shading solutions across Australia for over four decades. We’re now on the lookout for a motivated Accounts Assistant to join our close-knit team in a permanent role.

About the Role

Reporting to the Company Accountant, this diverse and hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in their accuracy and organisation. You’ll play a key part in keeping our financial and administrative operations running smoothly.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Processing transactions using Xero and Dext

Generating invoices and managing debt collection

Liaising with clients via phone and email

Processing and Reconciling credit cards

General administrative support and data entry

Assisting with ad hoc tasks as needed

About You

You’re a team player with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. You bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar accounts/admin role
✔ Experience with Xero or MYOB, and strong Excel skills
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ High accuracy, strong time management and attention to detail
