We are now looking for a Restaurant and Functions Manager to help us create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

About the role
Working closely with the Venue Manager, this position is an operational role, responsible for planning and executing functions, events and restaurant service.
Respond to function enquiries and e-mails in a timely manner, with a focus on converting leads and reporting on results and actively seek new leads.
Lead service delivery to a high level in the restaurant and functions/events.
Work such hours as to be present during peak service periods, particularly functions.
Guide and train the team as required to build capability.
Work closely with the kitchen team to balance guest experience and profitability.
About you
Confident in table and bar service, cocktail knowledge and various types of function service.
Outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with ability to balance administrative duties, managing staff and working front of house.
Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders, particularly Head Chef in relation menus and run sheets.
Experience using online booking systems.
Strong, positive leadership and a true passion for the hospitality industry.
Desire to learn and grow your skills.
Qualifications and requirements
Available to work full-time across a 7-day roster
RSA certification and RP badge
Previously worked in a leadership position in hospitality or events
Cash handling and POS experience
Experience in basic computer skills and online booking systems
