We're looking for someone who can combine hands-on café experience with strong leadership and operational expertise. You'll manage a talented team, drive exceptional customer service, oversee inventory and work to grow the business.

What You'll Do:

· Lead café and retail operations with efficiency and flair.

· Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and service.

· Drive sales, manage suppliers, and monitor financial KPIs.

· Be the face of our café, connecting with customers and community.

What You'll Bring:

· Experience in café or restaurant management.

· A strong background in customer service and food & beverage operations.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.

· RSA certification and barista skills

· Availability to work across weekdays and weekends.

· Valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
