The Opportunity

Our client is a community focused Federal Government Agency, seeking a mid-level Program Analyst to assist their Technology Services Division in ensuring the effective maintenance and delivery of innovative Agency platforms.

This will be a 12-month initial contract with a further 12 month extension possible, offering open market hourly APS5 rates. This is a hybrid role and will offer 2 days working from home with 3 on site.

Responsibilities will include:

• Assist in the development and implementation of program strategies.
• Provide project management/administrative support and coordination.
• Create, maintain, and augment reports, analyses, and manage risks and issues registers.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Contribute to team meetings and manage team kanban board.
• Serve as a communication link between team members and other stakeholders.
• Schedule & organise project meetings/workshops with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Safeguard program processes and documentation.

About you:

• Australian Citizenship is mandatory to be eligible to work for this Federal Government Agency.
• Experienced with projects, PMO or business administration.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Experienced in hands-on program management.
• Demonstrate well-developed communications skills.
• Competency with the MS Office suite, SharePoint, Jira & Confluence
