Our client is a leading national retailer currently seeking a Program Manager to drive the delivery of a major eCommerce re platforming.

Your new role will see you working closely with the leadership team and technical teams to deliver a major eCommerce re platforming. Coming in at the early stages of the project, you will play a key role in defining and designing the roadmap, building the business case and ultimately delivering on the program over the next few years. Ideally you will have delivered on similar projects before and be well adept in implementing and maintaining program governance. This role will also require you to be comfortable and confident in engaging external partners to drive outcomes.

Skills and Experience:

• Experienced leading enterprise-scale digital transformations ($10M+ budgets) with multi-year, complex delivery
• Strong governance, dependency management, and executive engagement experience
• Proven success in multi-vendor delivery environments
• Retail, eCommerce, or large-scale customer-facing technology background is required
• Ability to lead delivery through Define, Design, Build, Test, and Go-Live phases

Our client is offering an initial 6 month contract with the view to extension. Offices are based in Melbourne's inner suburbs with a requirement to be onsite 3 days per week, with free onsite parking available.
