The Position

Carpenter needed for growing construction company that has ongoing work servicing the Sydney metropolitan area.

Uniforms will be provided.

The successful applicant must have:

• Trade qualification with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge & skill set to be competent in all carpentry, maintenance & general building work.
• Recent experience in similar role.
• Be reliable, committed and hard working.
• Ability to liaise with suppliers.
• Can follow job instructions and scope of works.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate.
• Current drivers' licence.
• White card
• Own tools

Must be reliable and presentable with good work ethics and interpersonal skills.

Must have a good knowledge of all aspects of the building industry and be able to work unsupervised whilst looking after other trades and apprentices.

Work includes government maintenance contracts/aged care facility upgrades/Building council amenities and roofing.
