Our client located in Berrinba area are looking for a Senior Engagement Officer for their team.

Working within the National Fire Ant Eradication Program (NFAEP), the successful candidate will develop and deliver communication and engagement projects and awareness campaigns, including collateral; provide strategic advice; identify reputational risks and issues; and contribute to team planning processes to ensure effective stakeholder

Duties:

- Develop and support communication and engagement programs

- Develop products for these programs such as campaign material, training packages which align with the department's engagement requirements

- Lead project scoping activities with customers to effectively engage with stakeholders

- Coordinate and manage awareness campaigns from start to finish, providing then strategic advice on results

- Escalate stakeholder complaints and reputational risks/issues in relation to sensitive matters and circumstances

- Contribute to team planning processes and the maintenance an evaluation of policies, procedures and systems needed to ensure effective stakeholder engagement

- Represent the client at workshops, field days, meetings and other engagements to promote the program

Requirements:

- Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication (prefered)

- Available for weekend work (some required)

- A current driver's license

- Australian citizen or permanent resident
