RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Bookkeeping & Finance

• Daily bank reconciliations and accurate maintenance of financial records
• Weekly payroll processing including superannuation and leave
• BAS and PAYG preparation and lodgment
• Support EOFY processes and liaise with external accountants
• Monthly reporting packs including draft commentary and analysis
• End-to-end AP/AR including credit control and supplier payments
• Assist with job costing and financial data for decision-making
• Support special projects

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting (or higher)
• Degree qualified in Accounting preferred
• CA/CPA membership is highly regarded but not essential
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
