About the Role
As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, supporting across leasing, tenant liaison, maintenance, and administrative functions. You’ll work Monday to Friday onsite, with a clear structure and a team that has your back.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance from start to finish, including job orders and follow-ups
- Assist with leasing: advertising, home opens, processing applications, lease sign-ups
- Manage vacating processes, final bond inspections, and property condition reports
- Support with routine inspections, lease renewals, and insurance documentation
- Liaise professionally with tenants, landlords, and trades
- Provide administrative support and reception relief as required
