THE ROLE
YMCA O’Sullivan Beach offers recreational gymnastics programs for all ages – from toddlers in Kindergym to older adults in our Fitter for Life classes. We’re dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and inclusive space for our members to develop skills and confidence through gymnastics.
As the Gymnastics Administration Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our members and families, delivering exceptional customer service while managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the centre. You’ll play a key role in membership coordination, reporting, event bookings, and the smooth running of our customer service systems.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional front-desk and phone service to members and families
Manage membership administration: new enrolments, transfers, upgrades, direct debit rejections, suspensions, and Sports Vouchers
Maintain the Perfect Gym membership system and process Gymnastics SA registrations
Coordinate bookings for birthday parties and school/community group events

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Successful candidates will also have, or be willing to obtain:
(HLTAID0011) Provide First Aid or equivalent
(HLTAID009) Provide CPR or equivalent
Certificate of completion for “Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care” (RRHAN-EC) training
