Envirogen, the leader in industrial services in Adelaide, is a family based business located in Largs Bay.
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator.
Hours are flexible and will be established prior to employment. This position is a central role in a friendly family business.
Our business has been trading for over 15 years. We provide Civil and Industrial services to construction and industrial clients in South Australia.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible to:
Manage compliance documentation, including updating and maintaining the company’s Skills Matrix, ensuring workers licenses and tickets ie forklift, front end loader, confined space tickets, are current at all times
Scan, File and Sort Dockets, Timesheets, Invoices, Daily records etc.
Attend to emails & other business communication
Engage in direct client & fellow staff communication
Organize online inductions for new employees at various clients sites, using platforms such as Rapid Induct, Sitepass, Damstra and 3D Safety
Manage spreadsheets, information data bases and Client Reports
Input and Reconcile Fuel and other monthly accounts
Arrange Staff Training as directed
General office administration, data entry and document management
Maintain databases of information and distribute business communication
Provide administration support to the management team
Ensure all office resources are appropriately maintained
Participate with other staff in the general housekeeping of the office
Experience
The successful applicant will have a minimum of five years previous administration experience. Preference given to those with experience in industrial/construction sector and familiar with licenses/tickets/induction programs. Previous experience with MYOB would be advantageous. Must be competent with Windows and the Microsoft Suite
