We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves balancing creativity with organisation, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead Generation – Manage marketing campaign assets and incoming enquiries to ensure timely follow-up.

CRM & Marketing Automation – Build and optimise email communications and workflows in HubSpot to support lead nurturing and dealer engagement.

Social Media Management – Plan, create, and schedule compelling content across social platforms, while managing community engagement and reporting.

Graphic Design & Content Creation – Use Canva and Photoshop to produce digital assets, marketing collateral, and sales resources.

Sales Support – Develop toolkits and collateral for Business Development Managers and dealers, including coordinating brochure production and branded merchandise.

Asset & Content Library – Manage imagery and video assets, including coordinating photoshoots, approvals, consent, and usage tracking.

Website & Analytics – Maintain and update our WordPress website, monitor performance, and compile monthly analytics reports.

Customer Feedback Routing – Monitor shared inboxes, allocate re-enquiries or feedback to relevant internal teams or dealers.

Online Presence – Keep Google, Bing, and other online business listings accurate and current.

General Support – Pitch in on ad hoc projects and tasks to support the management team.

What you’ll bring:

3+ years’ experience in a marketing coordination or generalist role, ideally with lead generation and CRM experience.

Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and HubSpot (or similar platforms).

Strong knowledge of WordPress, and ideally Google Analytics and SEO principles.

Experience in creating and managing social media content, community engagement, and Meta Business Manager.

Creative flair for writing, editing images and graphics, and visual storytelling.

High attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work to deadlines.

A self-starter mindset with flexibility to adapt and a genuine passion for brand, customer experience, and delivering quality marketing.
