About the role
As the Property Manager, you will oversee 3 commercial towers based in Sydney CBD and the Western Suburbs. Your focus will be on optimising property performance, maintaining tenant relationships, and ensuring compliance with lease and ownership obligations. This role requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder engagement, and a proactive approach to risk and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for all communications with owners, tenants, and contractors
• Collaborate with facilities managers to address property and facility-related issues
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of presentation and maintenance
• Prepare financial reports, annual budgets, and monthly operational commentary
• Manage critical lease dates, rental payments, and tenant retention strategies

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in commercial property management
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• An Agent's Representative Certificate
• A valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
