About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hotel Cleaner and Receptionist to join our dynamic team at ARYA SA PTY LTD', located in Port Augusta, SA. This part-time position is integral to the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel, ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming stay.

What you'll be doing

• Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, common areas, and other hotel facilities to the highest standards
• Greet and assist guests at the reception desk, handling inquiries, bookings, and check-in/check-out procedures
• Ensure all public areas, including the lobby, corridors, and restrooms, are well-maintained and presentable at all times
• Restock and replenish supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed
• Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as required
• Contribute to a positive and customer-focused work environment

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a hotel/hospitality housekeeping or front desk role
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills to provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as required
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
