We are seeking a highly proactive and motivated Landscape Tradesmen/Tradeswomen to join our high-calibre growing team to deliver projects from concept to completion.

ABOUT YOU – SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

· Cert 3 in Horticulture or similar

· Proven ability in both soft and hard Landscaping.

· Must hold a current manual driver’s license

· Access to a ute or vehicle

· Must have a current Construction White Card

· Sound knowledge of Work Place Health & Safety requirements

· The ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol screening

· Have your own Safety Boots (uniform provided)

· Keen interest in keeping informed on the latest landscaping design and industry trends

· You really care about not letting the client down - it shows in all aspects of our business

· You are a creator and problem solver who loves a challenge!

· You show up on-time (every time)

· You are a well-presented tradesperson who turns up onsite with use of manners, respect, and understanding of our client's day and needs

· You ask questions + constantly look for areas of improvement & you have the integrity to admit mistakes and seek help

· You are a team player

· You don’t walk away from a job unless you’re completely satisfied

· You understand and are willing to live and breathe our values
