Now Hiring: Leading Hand – Landscape Construction Tradesman

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Construction Tradesman to step into a Leading Hand position. If you’re experienced in structural landscaping, can lead by example, and take pride in building top-quality outdoor spaces – we want to hear from you!

📍 Location: South Maclean 4280 QLD
📅 Start Date: Immediate Start Available
💰 Pay: Above award wages, based on experience

Your Role Will Include but not limited to:

Coordinating and working on residential and commercial landscape construction projects

Building retaining walls, paving, fencing, concreting, and installing garden features

Operating machinery and tools safely and efficiently

Leading a small team on-site and liaising with management

We’re Looking For:
✅️ A suitability qualified, diverse, well-rounded, expert in Landscape Construction
✅️ Leadership skills and the ability to work autonomously
✅️ Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
✅️ Manual driver’s licence (MR preferred)
✅️ White Card and relevant trade qualifications
✅️ Machinery experience is preferred
