We work in partnership with healthcare providers, including Allied Health, General Practice, Pharmacy, and Aged Care, to deliver innovative, evidence-based primary care solutions.
We’re on the lookout for a Part-Time Administration Officer to join our vibrant Living Well, Your Way team in Wagga Wagga. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a passionate team doing great work across the region to improve community health outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
Preparing for meetings including creating agendas and collating necessary papers
Taking minutes during online meetings and distributing them to attendees
Providing general admin support including data collection, entry, and record keeping
Supporting the team with survey results collection and basic research administration
We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous experience taking meeting minutes, strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
Is organised, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities.
Is confident using Microsoft Office and digital meeting platforms (like Teams or Zoom).
Enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is keen to contribute to meaningful work.
Has flexible availability and can adapt to changing needs and priorities.

Note: The role is a part time fixed term contract to 31 December 2025 up to 18 hours per week paid at $40.23 per hour.

The Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network (MPHN) is one of 31 new primary health care organisation being established from 1 July 2015 with the key objectives of:
Increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of medical services for patients, particularly those at risk of poor health outcomes; and
Improving coordination of care to ensure patients receive the right care in the right place at the right time.
Primary Health Networks have been set six key priorities for targeted work; mental health, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, population health, health workforce, eHealth and aged care. The MPHN will be working with health service providers, consumers and communities to improve coordination of care, ensuring patients receive the right care in the right place at the right time.
